Athletic Training Scholarship Application

Athletic Training Scholarship Requirements:

• Must be a graduating senior
• Must have been a student athletic training aide at Dawson High School for 4 semesters
• Must plan on attending a College/University in the Fall after graduation
• Must be planning to enter a medical/health professions degree plan

Due - April 1st
